1 Introduction & eligibility

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your 222bit account. Please keep the following in mind:

• If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 222bit:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. Withdrawals are completed within 1–24 business hours.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• 222bit does not charge any processing fees, though fees from your payment service provider may apply.
• 222bit reserves the right to hold any withdrawal pending review in cases of suspicious transactions or potential money laundering.

5 Bonus & promotion terms

222bit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawals are not permitted until the required wagering amount has been completed after receiving a bonus — typically 15–30x the bonus value.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Single use: Each bonus can only be claimed once. Multiple claims from the same household or IP address are not accepted.
• 222bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• 222bit reserves the right to close the account of any user found to be abusing the bonus system.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when using 222bit's gaming and betting services:

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 222bit reserves the right to refund the wager.
• Betting limits vary by game and market. Applicable limits are displayed in the game lobby.

• Any form of cheating, bot usage, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Misuse of the bonus system or promotions.
• Fraud, match-fixing, or use of bots.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit the required documents.

10 Dispute resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 business hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter may be escalated to our licensing authority.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of 222bit's licensing jurisdiction.

11 Limitation of Liability

222bit is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Losses from games or bets resulting from internet disconnection.
• Technical errors from third parties or payment delays.
• Account security breached due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by Force Majeure events.

12 Changes to terms
